These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MidLab ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a training management application for middle-distance running. It provides features such as training zone calculation based on ETP tests, training plan generation, and workout logging.

2. Subscriptions

• Pricing: MidLab Premium is an auto-renewing subscription at JPY 980/month or JPY 9,800/year (tax included).
• Free Trial: A 1-week free trial is offered upon initial registration. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Billing: Subscription fees are charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID or Google account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation:
  • iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel.
  • Android: Go to Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions to cancel.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.

3. Disclaimer

• Training plans and pace calculations provided by the App are for reference only. All training is performed at your own risk.
• The developer assumes no responsibility for any injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from the use of the App.
• We recommend consulting a physician before starting any training program.

4. Data Handling

Training data entered in the App is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App will result in the loss of all data. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer. Users may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Unauthorized use or access of the App
• Using the App for illegal activities

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
